What is eConsult?
eConsult enables NHS based GP practices to offer online consultations to their patients. This allows patients to submit their symptoms or requests to their own GP electronically, and offers around the clock NHS self-help information, signposting to services, and a symptom checker.
eConsult is the most widely used digital triage tool in NHS primary care, built by NHS GPs for NHS patients, designed to enhance patient access, improve practice efficiencies and signpost patients to the right place at the right time for their care. Live in over 2884 NHS practices, eConsult gives millions of patients access to their own GP online.
Jai Medical Centre now introduced a new eConsult service available 24 hours day 7 days a week.  eConsult will become our primary means of requesting all appointments.  It allows patients to get medical help without making an appointment or calling the practice.  An Online triage tool that enables GPs to conduct consultations more efficiently and help you get health advice online. By clicking on the most appropriate link below you can self-check your symptoms and find medical guidance written by doctors 24/7,  get administrative help e.g. a medical certificate.
